AsCar Leader,you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of new products or engineering changes at the manufacturing plant.Your Tasks will be: Responsible for delivering information regarding engineering changes or new product introductions to all departments.Ensure that the defined Product Engineering activities are completed according to the established timeline.Responsible for updating the review plan, holding meetings with departments involved in the launch, and seeking to achieve strategic objectives.Lead the development of the manufacturing process for new programs.Ensure the necessary resources for the requirement, delivery, and installation of equipment to meet project requirements for parts delivery according to the project stage.Responsible for the planning and delivery of prototype-level parts prior to the production stage.Be the first contact of the manufacturing plant with the client - from the point of view of technical information of the product and equipment.Ensures that new products or engineering changes are properly implemented in the manufacturing plant.Ensures that all relevant areas of the plant are informed about changes or new products through updates and meetings.Works to achieve strategic objectives related to the introduction of new products or changes. To be successful in this role you will need: •Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar. • Experience in automotive electronics required.• SMT and Backend process knowledge. • Covisint and Beon portals knowledge desirable. • Proficient English level. • 3+ years of experience in the field.
