We are seeking a detail oriented individual who will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources functions at Renishaw Mexico located in Apodaca, Nuevo León. This individual will be responsible for the administration support for the HR department at large. Primary Responsibilities Include: Payroll reports Assistance control Labor regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, REPSE) Recruitment-Onboarding, Upload information of new employees in the different portals, Contracts and offer letters Organizational development Organizational culture Laboral relationships Certifications Qualifications: Degree in occupational psychology, admin or similar 2-3 years of general HR process experience English / Advanced MS Office, (Workday HRIS preferred)
