We are a subsidiary of Lenovo, officially spun off from Lenovo Group’s Global Supply Chain division in 2022. As a 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) provider, we specialize in delivering comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions for manufacturing clients. Our services include warehouse distribution, storage operation planning, line-haul transportation, and more. We seek a dynamic, hands-on HR Generalist to support our growing team in Mexico. You will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and office administration. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for local roles. Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, local job boards, universities, and networking. Coordinate employer branding initiatives in the Mexican market. 2. Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll processing in coordination with finance, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations. Manage benefits programs (health insurance, pensions, bonuses, statutory benefits). Conduct market salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews. 3. Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and conflict resolution. Ensure adherence to Mexican Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo ) and local regulations. Maintain employee records and HR documentation according to legal requirements. Support performance management cycles and employee development initiatives. 4. HR Operations & Administration: Oversee office operations: vendor management, supplies, facilities, and events. Manage HRIS/data entry, contracts, and personnel files. Assist with expense reporting and basic finance coordination. Promote workplace safety and culture initiatives. Qualifications Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 5+ years of HR Generalist experience in Mexico. Expertise in Mexican labor law, payroll, and benefits administration. Proven success in recruitment for diverse roles. Fluency in English (professional proficiency) . Proficiency in MS Office. Desirable: Experience in multinational or scaling organizations. Knowledge of HR analytics/reporting.
