AsBack-End Maintenance Supervisoryou will contribute to the implementation of systems that ensure the proper and continuous operation of production equipment, ensuring that tasks are performed safely and correctly. Your Tasks will be:• Coordinate and audit corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.• Monitor the execution of maintenance routines.• Implement cost-saving projects for energy and equipment maintenance.• Maintain the integrity of machinery and equipment, report temporary solutions, and document changes.• Monitor the use of PPE, utilize the LOTO system, and promote good safety practices.• Monitor MTTR, MTBF, TPM, and Reliability metrics. To be successful in this role you will need:• Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar. • Experience in the electronics industry required. • Experience with wave solders, conformal application, selective solders, routers, dispensing systems, and terminal insertion indispensable. • Intermediate English level. • 3+ years of experience in the field.
