We are seeking an experienced sales manager to lead commercial operations in the consumer goods sector. This role will oversee performance across key states in Northern Mexico and manage a team of sales representatives and promoters. Key Responsibilities Monitor and drive sales performance through KPIs and indicators. Ensure profitability through proper management of pricing and discounts. Drive effective account collections and customer satisfaction. Conduct field visits with the sales team to ensure client execution. Negotiate with key regional accounts. Coach and develop sales staff and customer partners. Coordinate marketing activities such as expos, events, and merchandising. Prepare and manage the annual sales budget by client and sales representative. Implement and follow through on commercial management models (meetings, reports, work agendas). Approve credit notes aligned with client discount policies. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics. Maintain close communication with internal teams (administration, customer service, logistics, production, quality). Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role and 4 years in sales-related roles. Solid background in mass consumption or wholesale distribution channels. Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial planning skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile sales tools. Experience managing client portfolios and sales teams. Preferred: Experience in pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and self-adhesive product categories.
