To directly sell all FedEx products and services (domestic and international) to defined national account customers, resulting in net additional revenue for FedEx. Assist FedEx management in developing and executing sales strategies, and find ways to sell this business at higher yields and profit margins that meet corporate objectives. Ensure attainment of assigned revenue goals. Sell all FedEx services to customers defined by FedEx management, resulting in net incremental revenue while ensuring maximum profitability. Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that guarantees minimum required sales activities, including calls, proposals, VIP trips, and other activities defined by FedEx management. Maintain an account intelligence system recording all sales activities, account details, marketplace and industry data, and competitive activity. Implement various marketing and sales programs as initiated by FedEx. Gather and report competitive activity, including advances, pricing, tactics, and other relevant information. Collaborate with all FedEx resources (headquarters, stations, credit, BSCs, etc.) to ensure ongoing revenue achievement and customer satisfaction. Support and uphold all FedEx sales directives, providing feedback through appropriate channels. Coordinate all activities related to assigned national accounts and handle problem resolution for these accounts. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration with a major in marketing or finance. At least five years of professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience. Proven ability to achieve major account sales goals and to plan and execute customer sales strategies. Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently overnight. Fluency in English.
