Join to apply for the LM482: Global Sales Executive role at FedEx . To directly sell all FedEx products and services (domestic and international) to defined national account customers, resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx, and to assist FedEx management in developing and executing sales strategies, find ways to sell this business at higher yields and profit margins that meet corporate objectives. Responsibilities include: Attaining assigned revenue goals by selling all FedEx services to designated customers, ensuring maximum profitability. Developing and implementing a sales work plan, including sales calls, proposals, VIP trips, and other activities. Maintaining an account intelligence system to record sales activities, account information, and marketplace intelligence. Implementing marketing and sales programs as directed by FedEx. Gathering and reporting competitive activity and market intelligence. Collaborating with all FedEx resources to ensure revenue achievement and customer satisfaction. Supporting and upholding all sales directives and providing feedback. Coordinating activities related to assigned national accounts and resolving related issues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, marketing, or finance. Five (5) years of professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience. Proven ability to achieve major account sales goals and execute customer strategies. Strong human relations, communication, and negotiation skills. Heavy overnight travel required. Fluent in English.
