Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification in Mexico, Apodaca NL. Main stakeholders are Planning, Production & Warehouse.You will be mainly accountable for:- Follow up purchase orders- Create purchase requisition- Invoice follow up- Workflows reworks- Inventory checks- Create open orders reports- Supplier meeting to validate possible shortages- Internal meeting with planning & production to validate scheduling programs- Solve warehouse discrepancies.Qualifications for the role (mandatory)- You are immersed engaged in sap system & purchasing area and the electrical market- Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in purchasing- Possess an enhanced knowledge in sap system, purchasing and Power BI.- You are innovative around Placing orders, expedite payment, create requisitions & validate inventories and knowledge about Excel.- Degree in Administration, Commerce, Engineering areas- You are at ease communicating in English- Proactive, Analytical mindset, Problem-solving skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment.
