Key Responsibilities Manage the labor relations function, including LFT and RIT application management. Develop and oversee new hire orientation programs, onboarding efforts, and employee termination processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal responsibilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area. 4 years of experience working in Human Resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
