Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Leave and Accommodation Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment, managing all aspects of our leave and accommodation process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in leaves and accommodations. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, federal, state, and municipal laws, as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including managers, HR business partners, and employees. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field; 5+ years of experience in human resources, with 3+ years in leaves and accommodations; Demonstrated knowledge and awareness of compliance policies, procedures, and regulations affecting day-to-day LOAA responsibilities; Strong proficiency in employment law, FMLA, and ADA; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation; SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPDM certification; 2+ years of experience doing in-house ADA administration; Experience establishing in-house ADA administration processes that are efficient, compliant, and scalable to support a high caseload; Experience identifying and implementing automated solutions; Experience working within an HR case management system; Experience managing the performance of a third-party provider; Proficiency in various HR applications and processes to support service delivery across the HR team.
