You will be responsible for combining key HR operations with high-value initiatives in Organizational Development and Talent Management: Preparing KPI reports and analysis for decision-making. Implementing OD programs, culture, and organizational change. Coordinating onboarding and candidate experience. Updating job descriptions and profiles. Be involved in internal communication. Managing performance evaluations and improvement proposals. Participating in projects related to work climate, engagement, cultural activities, and internal events. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: 3+ years in operations focused on OD and work climate. Expertise in performance evaluations, climate surveys, development, internal communication, change management, and climate assessments. Advance English Level. (B2+) Key Skills: Effective communication at all levels. Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities. Personal leadership and positive influence without direct authority.
