Responsibilities Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries. Implement various associate engagement initiatives Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures as well as provide a platform to associates to raise their concerns and opinions through regular HR meetings , skip level meetings and coffee meets. Facilitating associates development, motivation, engagement and retention through associate development programs and various HR initiatives. Provide feedback to the management on all HR issues and company policies. Qualifications Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration or similar field Advanced English Advanced skills in Office suite Full time availability At least 5 years of experience in HRBP position Experience in Call Center industry preferred
