The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Utilize effective sales techniques to foster strong customer relationships and enhance the buying experience. Apply customer relationship and/or sales techniques to recommend and sell a variety of products or services to meet customers' needs. Provide customer service & billing support, resolve any issue related to a customer's account. Add new lines or services to accounts to help customers' business grow. Requirements: Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers. Experience using a personal computer and Microsoft Office products is essential. 1 year of sales experience (or excellent communications skills). Ability to train/work 5 days (40 hours during operation hours) + 2 resting days per week. Benefits: Monthly Base Salary: MXN $20,775 (before taxes). Average monthly bonus of MXN $8,000 when you meet your sales and service targets. Monthly Grocery vouchers MXN $1,519 every 14 days. Monthly Restaurant vouchers MXN $1,216 every 14 days.
