Maintenance Engineer（J51841）

Responsibilities: Execute and adhere to the scheduled maintenance plan, ensuring all routine and preventive maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Continuously monitor equipment operation to proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve potential issues before they impact performance or safety. Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability, uptime, and overall performance. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by rigorously applying 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) at all times. Collaborate with team members by providing technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance challenges. Qualifications: Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or similar production environments. English proficiency — sufficient to understand technical manuals, safety instructions, and communicate with supervisors or international team members. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment reliability.
