Warehouse Superintendent

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices. Manage professionals and/or supervisors, and supervise large teams of technical support personnel and shipping personnel. Be responsible for the results of the personnel in charge. Define the standards by which the team operates and ensure that essential procedures are followed. Make decisions and solve problems under certain guidelines related to policies, procedures, and business plans, receiving guidance from the manager. Provide technical guidance to employees. Have limited authority, set performance goals, conduct performance reviews, and recommend compensation actions. Establish the necessary actions to meet the objectives of the department. Monitor the indicators of the processes under your responsibility. Maintain a continuous analysis of the personnel structure, recommending adjustments based on the analysis of the capacities of the different areas. Minimum Requirements Completed bachelor's degree. English proficiency at 80% essential. 3 years of experience essential in the position of Warehouse Coordinator or Superintendent in the manufacturing industry. Training in Stock and Warehouse Management. Logistics Training. Experience in evaluations, metrics, goals, productivity, personnel management, etc. Experience in personnel control, managing the team, prioritizing security, leading reception and dispatch, inventory control, optimizing space, and planning logistics strategy.
