We are experts in the fields we operate in, investing in training, science, innovation, and technology, and affording our employees opportunities for growth and development.**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee and manage all administrative functions related to the IMMEX program, ensuring strict compliance with Mexican export and import laws and regulations.- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate IMMEX-related documentation, including permits, customs declarations, reports, and audit materials.- Act as the principal liaison between the company and government agencies, customs authorities, and external service providers concerning IMMEX operations.- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, finance, and production teams to guarantee alignment with IMMEX compliance requirements and operational schedules.- Coordinate and support internal and external IMMEX audits and inspections, ensuring timely and accurate responses.- Monitor regulatory updates and legislative changes affecting the IMMEX program and implement necessary procedural adjustments.- Maintain meticulous records of goods and processes governed by the IMMEX program and generate comprehensive reports for senior management.- Assist in budget monitoring and cost control activities related to IMMEX compliance efforts.- Provide training and guidance to relevant staff on IMMEX program policies, compliance procedures, and best practices.- Manage general administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related discipline.- A minimum of three (4) years of progressive experience managing IMMEX program administration or equivalent export/import compliance roles.- In-depth knowledge of IMMEX regulations, customs procedures, and Mexican trade compliance frameworks.- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software systems.- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.- Proven capability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.**Preferred Skills and Experience**:- Experience working within a manufacturing or export-driven organization.- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain management, customs brokerage, and international shipping documentation.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively manage regulatory challenges.**What We Offer**:- Competitive remuneration package aligned with industry standards.- Professional development opportunities within a dynamic international environment.- Supportive corporate culture focused on collaboration and growth.Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Admin IMMEX: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Work Location: In person
