Lead and strategically coordinate all warehouse operations—including raw materials and finished goods—to ensure timely supply, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and on-time shipments. This role drives continuous improvement, enforces compliance with internal policies and safety standards, and collaborates with cross-functional areas to meet plant objectives. Lead operations for receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping, aligned with production and customer requirements. Supervise warehouse supervisors, ensuring team alignment, development, and performance against KPIs. Ensure robust inventory control through accurate cycle counts (ABC), root cause analysis of variances, and authorized adjustments. Maintain compliance with FIFO policies, chemical expiration controls, E&O metrics (excess and obsolete), and efficient space utilization. Coordinate layout and capacity planning for all warehouse areas, including implementation of process and flow improvements. Oversee daily shipping activities, finished goods transactions (e.g., SAGE), and customer order fulfillment. Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure material availability and operational alignment. Ensure audit readiness and compliance with all regulatory requirements (quality, safety, environment). Promote a culture of continuous improvement using Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience managing both hourly staff and supervisors with a strong coaching and leadership approach. Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or equivalent). Strong analytical and inventory control skills; advanced Excel skills required, Power BI is a plus. APICS, Lean, or Six Sigma certification preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, depending on the corporate environment. Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and hands-on leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
