Promote and implement production system methodologies and culture within the plant. Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives, acting as coach and support on the shop floor. Ensure process robustness by meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards. Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and apply corrective actions to achieve established goals. Provide frontline support in HR, Quality, Manufacturing, Safety, and Scheduling. Guide and train work teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and production tools. Maintain effective communication with plant leaders and operational teams to ensure alignment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including leading teams and supervisors. Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor workgroups effectively. Fluent English. Knowledge of Lean principles and ability to apply a Production System such as RPS (Rheem Production System). Strong capability in problem solving, continuous improvement, and communication flow within operations.
