Shift Supervisor / Supervisor de Producción INFINIMEX INC. Descripción y detalle de las actividades Supervises and coordinates personnel involved in one or more production tasks to ensure the continuous workflow as well as the fulfillment of the projects according to quantity and quality specifications. Analyses and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work-related problems. Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans. Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, transfers, dismissals and disciplinary actions. Meets with other supervisors to coordinate the activities of individual departments. Maintains standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production function. Requirements: High School Experience—6 to 12 months in the implementation of production programs and personnel supervision. Can be promoted and trained internally. English—Basic (Comprehends simple oral or written instructions). Computer—Basic (Data entry in application programs and/or word processing).
