Role: Vice President of Sales (Branded Residences) - Ultra-Luxury Resort & Private Residential Community Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico Comp: USD $400,000 - USD $450,000 per year + benefits A leading international real estate and resort ownership group is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Sales (residences, branded residences, and lots), on Mexico’s Pacific Coast. You will have experience in Ultra-Luxury Resort Destinations. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the sales performance of residences, branded residences,Hell and residential lots, shaping market positioning, and elevating the destination as a global benchmark in luxury lifestyle real estate. You will lead pricing strategy, commercial planning, international buyer outreach, broker/agency relations, and strategic brand partnerships to maximise revenue and absorption while protecting long-term asset value. Key Responsibilities Design and execute the annual master sales & commercial strategy Define pricing, margin policies, and sales conditions based on market intelligence & ROI Lead and mentor internal sales & broker relations teams Build global broker & agency networks, targeting international HNW buyers Partner with Development, Finance, Legal, Customer Care, and Marketing teams Drive experiential & digital sales initiatives aligned with luxury hospitality standards Represent the brand at high-end real estate events, forums, and exhibitions Report executive-level sales performance, KPIs, and financial outcomes Qualifications & Experience 15+ years’ senior Residential Sales leadership experience within luxury hospitality and/or real estate Proven success in international luxury residential sales in Ultra High End destinations Strong ability to build partnerships with brokers, global agencies, and hospitality brands Strategic commercial mindset with mastery of pricing, segmentation & ROI analysis Bilingual English & Spanish preferred Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Tourism, International Business (MBA preferred) This is a rare opportunity to take executive sales ownership of one of the most prestigious ultra-luxury destinations in the Americas.
