The Real Estate New Developments Project Manager is a dynamic professional who demonstrates initiative, resilience, and exceptional organizational skills. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the critical path of each project, ensuring full compliance with both timelines and budgets to achieve successful sales outcomes. Flexibility in schedules and responsibilities is essential, as you will be tasked with delivering projects on time and within budget, while adapting to evolving needs and challenges. Key Responsibilities This role involves collaborating with managers, lawyers, and internal departments to secure project documentation and ensure the successful execution of new developments. Additionally, the position provides direct executive support to the Broker to identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage daily operations. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with managers and lawyers to secure the necessary paperwork to run a project. Interacting with clients to ensure timelines are met and budgets are approved. Working with the Managing Partner to issue monthly progress reports. Preparing Comparative Market Analyses (CMA) for new developments and re-sales. Meeting with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals, and progress. Creating agendas and minutes for programmed meetings. Collaborating on the commercial strategy budget and sales strategy. Coordinating with the transactions department to review project documents and follow up on closings. Partnering with Marketing to fulfill and execute marketing plan strategies successfully. Maintaining a documentation repository with all project documents. Managing HubSpot for each project to track tasks, timeframes, responsible parties, and costs. Following up with accountants and developers to approve payments for events, ads, and commissions. Providing direct support to the Broker/Owner with daily operations and business needs. Supporting the Broker in business development initiatives to identify new opportunities. Coordinating and accompanying the Broker to property showings for resale properties. Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to oversee project critical paths. Demonstrated initiative and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to manage budgets and meet strict deadlines. Experience in preparing business activity reports, forecasts, and CMAs. Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for project tracking. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, lawyers, and developers. Detail‑oriented approach to reviewing legal and transaction documents. Flexibility to handle administrative, personal, and operational tasks for a Broker.
