Sales Manager (Leisure) | Grand Hyatt Los Cabos We are looking for a Sales Manager – Leisure to join Grand Hyatt Los Cabos . This position plays a key role in driving the leisure segment, managing strategic accounts, and contributing to the overall commercial success of the resort. Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Manage and grow leisure accounts, including travel advisors, tour operators, and key partners ▪️ Proactively generate new business and achieve assigned revenue targets ▪️ Execute sales strategies aligned with the resort’s commercial goals ▪️ Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Groups, and Weddings teams to maximize opportunities ▪️ Oversee eCommerce initiatives and support campaign execution ▪️ Represent the hotel in trade shows, sales missions, and client events Profile: ▪️ Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Manager, preferably in resort environments ▪️ Strong understanding of leisure distribution channels and market dynamics ▪️ Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy ▪️ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills ▪️ Fluent English required If you are commercially driven and passionate about the leisure segment, we would love to hear from you.
