Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our organization in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Establish and maintain effective communication with customers through various channels including phone, email and chat. Provide clear and concise answers to customer inquiries regarding billing and other related topics. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer-centric services. Accurately record and update customer information in multiple platforms. Requirements: At least one year of relevant work experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional interpersonal abilities. The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. A strong sales-oriented approach and willingness to meet customer needs. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing schedules and priorities.
