Warehouse Coordinator

Our mission is to support foodservice and retail businesses by providing access to high-quality, authentic Mexican and American products at the best prices, making us the benchmark for international food distribution.Warehouse Coordinator Objective: To coordinate the warehouse to ensure the smooth operation of work teams and the achievement of objectives. To lead the warehouse and the labeling and packaging processes to guarantee on-time shipping. To develop and maintain consistent operational processes and workflows to ensure the efficient use of resources and achieve the desired productivity within the required timeframe. To identify and address warehouse and production problems and inefficiencies, reporting them to the general manager and suggesting solutions. Responsibilities: • Communicate with relevant departments to coordinate and plan upcoming shipments. • Directly supervise the warehouse team and the labeling and packaging supervisor. • Ensure the correct receipt of merchandise according to presentation, weight, and expiration date. • Ensure shipments are dispatched according to the established schedule. • Reconcile physical receipts with the system, issue the corresponding notifications in case of returns, and make the necessary system updates. • Administration and control of machinery, ensuring proper operation and timely maintenance. • Ensure that the labeling and packaging equipment complies with established work plans. • Responsible for the correct entry and exit of merchandise, both physically and in the system. • Inventory control. • Training, management, and performance evaluation of assigned personnel. • Coordination of necessary area maintenance. • Reconciliation of physical inventory against the system. • Implementation of processes, indicators, and improvements in the area for better operational performance. Requirements: • Completed Industrial Engineering degree • Minimum 3 years of experience as a coordinator or leading warehouse teams (Essential) and production teams (Desirable) of 20 to 40 people. • Experience coordinating warehouse operations, including both incoming and outgoing merchandise. • Experience establishing production plans and operational priorities. • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Solid knowledge of warehouse and quality control best practices • Intermediate English required • Experience in labeling or labeling processes (preferred) • Goal-oriented and with a stable work history We offer: • Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. • Competitive salary • Legal benefits • Additional benefits
