Purchasing Manager (Ffye Boh Foh)

Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage procurement activities for all FF&E, FOH, and BOH requirements across new openings, remodels, and operational needs.- Supervise and mentor a team of Senior and Junior Buyers, providing guidance and performance evaluations.- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality, availability, and pricing alignment with company standards.- Coordinate closely with Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance teams to align purchasing with project timelines and budget constraints.- Source new vendors and materials that align with company quality and sustainability standards.- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, alternative products, and competitive pricing.- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.- Manage inventory levels and delivery schedules to prevent delays and overstocking.- Maintain accurate procurement records, tracking orders, shipments, and cost-saving initiatives.- Ensure adherence to food safety and health regulations in product sourcing and storage.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.- Minimum of 5+ years of procurement experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry, with a strong focus on FF&E, FOH, and BOH.- Proven experience leading procurement teams, including performance management and training.- Strong negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.- Deep knowledge of restaurant equipment, materials, and operational needs.- Language: English C1 or C2 (Advanced - Proeficent)**Salary**:- 50,000 a 60,000 MXN monthly- SGMM- Schedule Work: Monday to Friday 8am to 6:00pm and Saturday - 8am to 1:00pm
