This position requires a deep understanding of organizational theory, change management, talent development, and the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and teams across diverse regions and cultures, with a deep dive in US and Mexico.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree is requiredAt least 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field with a focus on global organizations. Minimum 3 years of experience as a training facilitator or instructional designer Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point. Fully Bilingual, ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish. Travel availability due this role involves frequent travel between the headquarters in The Woodlands and the main office in Mexico City, with monthly international trips. DesirableCertifications in Change management or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. ResponsabilitiesGlobal Organizational Development Strategy: Develop and implement global Organizational Development initiatives aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and strategic goals.Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance and culture (based on survey results such as Culture Survey, Employee Engagement Survey and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Census). Analyze survey results, develop, and recommend tailored solutions.Lead efforts to build a strong organizational culture that aligns with core values, enhances employee engagement, and supports organizational growth.Partner with senior leadership to design global programs that foster a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and leadership development.Use organizational data to evaluate the effectiveness of Organizational Development programs, prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the impact of initiatives.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:Specially for US and Mexico, engage employees and leaders in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, facilitating meetings of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and creating action plans aligned with the premises and objectives of the global program.Guide managers and track the completion of the action plans created by each country, supporting local HRBPs.Provide reports and KPIs related to the topic for Mexico and the US.Talent Development and Leadership Program:Plan and support leadership development programs or individual development actions for all leadership levels, executives and emerging leaders, guaranteeing that the organization has the best practices of leadership in place.Identify and assess leadership competencies needed for current and future business challenges.Develop career development frameworks, mentoring programs, and succession planning strategies for global talent pools.Design and implement training materials to enhance leadership skills or technical knowledge, if needed.Consults with internal clients, performs corporate training needs analysis, and coordinate execution, managing external vendors or internal partners.Provide logistical support and content delivery for training and communication initiatives.Change Management:Lead and support global change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during restructures, system changes, and cultural shifts.Assess the impact of change initiatives on global teams and provide guidance on overcoming resistance.Develop and deliver training programs to equip leaders and employees with change management skills.What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent training/professional certification(s) with comparable work experience.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power Point.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish.At least 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a related field with a focus on global organizations.Desirable certifications in Change management or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.Minimum 3 years of experience as a training facilitator or instructional designerThis role involves frequent travel between the headquarters in The Woodlands and the main office in Mexico City, with monthly international trips.What We Offer:A dynamic, global environment where you’ll have the opportunity to shape organizational strategy
