Senior BIM Designer

Senior BIM DesignerWe are seeking a Senior BIM Designer to join our team and lead the development, coordination, and supervision of advanced BIM models. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the highest quality standards in BIM deliverables.Key Requirements:High-performance computer equipment for design and modeling.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Advanced knowledge of Autodesk software (e.g., Revit).Experience with Bluebeam.Main Responsibilities:3D BIM Modeling: Develop and oversee detailed digital 3D models using Revit, aligned with project requirements.Advanced Discipline Modeling: Produce and supervise BIM models in architecture, structural, or MEP disciplines with high levels of detail (LOD 400).Multidisciplinary Technical Coordination: Identify, document, and resolve clashes between disciplines through BIM coordination processes (BIM 360° and ACC).BIM Standards Management: Apply and enforce BIM protocols, templates, naming conventions, and standards (internal BEP based on BIM Forum and company BIM policies).Team Supervision: Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure accurate execution of modeling and documentation tasks.BIM Families Creation and Validation: Develop or validate complex parametric families in compliance with project standards.Quality Control: Review models and drawings before key deliveries, ensuring geometric accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with client requirements.Work Location & Schedule:Colonia del Valle, Mexico CityMonday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.mGross monthly salary: MXN $35,000Major Medical Expenses InsuranceLaw benefits
