Job Purpose and Reporting Line Reporting to OMA’s Investor Relations Officer (within the Finance Department), the FP&A Coordinator will support the development, coordination and execution of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and internal/external reporting processes. The role involves developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial data, preparing management reports, coordinating planning cycles, and ensuring accurate and timely information is communicated to senior management and VINCI Airports. The position requires close interaction with departmental managers in Mexico and with VINCI Airports’ head office. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning and Budgeting Coordinate planning cycles: lead period‑end (Fast Close) process, annual budget and rolling forecast processes, maintaining financial models and ensuring budgets and budgeted financial statements are delivered on time. Gather and interpret business assumptions: work with different areas to collect financial and operational data, translate key business drivers into financial assumptions and consolidate inputs into the budget and forecast models. Variance analysis: compare actual results against budgets/forecasts, explain deviations and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance. Support audit preparation: assemble budget and forecast information needed for external audits. Outstanding debt: management and reporting processes of OMA’s debt. Support different areas in various financial analyses. Financial Analysis & Reporting Financial models: build and maintain 3‑statement financial models to evaluate the company’s performance and support decision‑making. Management reporting: prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, dashboards and key performance indicators for senior management and VINCI Airports. Data integrity: manage financial databases and reconcile account balances between OMA and VINCI’s consolidation standards to ensure consistent reporting. Statutory and head‑office reporting: compile documentation for statutory accounts, external audits and head‑office reviews, and submit financial and non‑financial information through VINCI reporting platforms. Process and Systems Improvement Continuous improvement: participate in initiatives to improve FP&A processes, leverage technology and implement standardized budgeting and variance‑analysis tools. Software implementation: support the rollout and optimization of financial reporting and business‑intelligence software and automate manual processes where possible. Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with Accounting, Consolidation, Investor Relations and operational teams to resolve issues, communicate procedural updates and ensure data consistency. Internal and external communications: prepare presentations and analyses for senior management, the Board of Directors and VINCI Airports’ head office, clearly communicating financial insights and business implications. Support Investor Relations and debt-capital‑markets activities: provide financial data and analysis for investor materials, debt‑capital market transactions and other communications as required. Compliance and audit support: ensure adherence to IFRS and OMA/VINCI accounting policies and support external and internal audit requirements Experience and Personal Skills: 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, controlling or similar roles. Proven ability to work independently and meet complex stakeholder requirements while producing high‑quality outputs. Experience coordinating budgets, forecasts and financial reporting, preferably in organizations using IFRS. Strong understanding of financial statements, IFRS accounting standards and variance analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Power BI. Experience building and maintaining financial models, forecasts and budgets. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools; ability to implement new software and automate processes. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Team‑oriented, proactive and comfortable collaborating with international teams across multiple time zones. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player. Language: Full proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a professional certification (CFA, CPA) or master’s degree is a plus. Location: OMA Headquarters – Mexico City, Mexico. This is a 100% on-site position based at OMA’s corporate offices.
