Development Sr Manager

We are looking for a Development Manager #ENGINEERMANAGER #DEVELOPMENTMANAGER #WEBDEVELOPMENT Development Manager As a Development Manager , you will lead and support engineers in designing and developing high-quality software solutions for our products. You will also work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment. Responsibilities ✔ Lead a team of engineers, promoting collaboration and supporting their professional growth. ✔ Work closely with product and design teams to define requirements and translate them into tasks. ✔ Mentor engineers with varying levels of experience. ✔ Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and set clear performance expectations. ✔ Promote engineering best practices within your team and across the organization. ✔ Anticipate technical and resource challenges. ✔ Ensure collaboration in a remote/hybrid work environment. Experience Required • 5+ years of experience developing high-quality software products as a Software Engineer . • Conversational English. • 5+ years of experience managing teams of software engineers. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field . • Strong technical background, including: Experience with programming language Experience building web applications with common frameworks (Ruby on Rails preferred but not mandatory). Direct client-facing experience. Strong knowledge and experience in Web Development . Experience with SaaS . Experience writing clean, readable, and testable code . Experience designing architectures for web applications. Solid knowledge of SQL and databases . Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and release management .
