Must have: Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering. 7+ years of experience in medical product Sales management, B2C Sales, Tender, and Regulatory Agencies required. 5+ years of successful demonstrated experience working on business functions (sales, market strategy) required Availability to travel 30% (by plane) LAD Valid Passport English – fluent writing and speaking. Spanish – proficient writing and speaking. Nice to have: MBA in Business or Marketing preferred Portuguese Training and instructional design experience is highly desirable Soft Skills: Demonstrated planning and organizational Strong sense of urgency and drive for results Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills Ability to analyze complex problems Why join Olympus?
