Responsible for ensuring that client needs are known and understood by each department within Indovinya to drive value creation and new business development projects with them.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacobiology, or a similar field. - 7+ years of experience in sales of chemical specialties for markets such as Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Coatings, or Personal and Home Care in the Mexican market. - 5 years of experience managing multinational key accounts. - Management of annual sales budgets exceeding 10 million USD. - Intermediate-advanced conversational English (B2 level). - Experience with CRM systems. - Strong negotiation skills. - Impactful communication abilities. - Customer-focused mindset. - Entrepreneurial and business-oriented mentality. - Knowledge of the involved markets. - Collaborative teamwork.Desirable- Master’s degree in: Business Administration, Industrial Management, Marketing, Administrative Sciences, or similar fields. - Previous experience with Salesforce. - Leadership skills.Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate work teams to meet the needs of assigned clients. Document actions and resources required through Account Plans for strategic clients. - Drive new business development with clients by efficiently managing growth projects and allocating resources appropriately, using the CRM system while maintaining current sales. - Plan and execute client engagement and interactions to achieve strategic objectives with each of them. Keep Indovinya informed about the status of interactions through visit reports, clearly outlining key points and required support. - Manage the appropriate implementation of negotiated prices with clients and their administration within the system to ensure agility and uninterrupted product deliveries. Also, responsible for managing supply and confidentiality agreements with clients. - Prepare the annual budget for the assigned territory and collect the most reliable monthly sales forecast information to support proper production and financial planning for business management. - Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to clients, coordinating with the relevant areas of Indovinya. - Manage appropriate credit lines to ensure the operation and business growth with clients, as well as assist with collection in applicable cases. - Generate market and client reports to keep the organization informed about the causes of business development with them and trends within their respective industries.What We Offer:- A dynamic, global environment where you’ll have the opportunity to shape organizational strategy - Career growth and development opportunities - Competitive salary and above law benefits
