You'll play a crucial role in planning, developing, and overseeing compensation and benefits processes for personnel in Mexico and LATAM. Coordinate and oversee Merit Increase processes using established tools and policies to ensure internal salary equity based on performance and placement. Calculate annual performance bonuses for Mexico and South America to ensure fair variable compensation according to employee performance. Plan, design, and provide Head Count, salary, and benefits budgets for personnel in Mexico based on metrics established by the Finance department. Design and propose salary bands for Mexico and South America through analysis and interpretation of salary survey results to maintain both internal and external salary competitiveness. Participate in salary surveys in Mexico and South America by providing reliable information on salaries, structures, and benefits to obtain objective data that helps keep our salary structures up to date. Key Responsibilities: Maintain fair and competitive compensation practices. Develop and implement compensation strategies. Conduct salary surveys and analyses. Provide expert advice on compensation matters. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Administration/Human Resources or related field. Advanced English verbal and written communication skills. 4+ years of experience performing Compensation & Benefits roles. Proficiency in job evaluation using Korn Ferry – Mercer methodology. Familiarity with some HRIS (preferably Workday). Preferred Qualifications: Certification or diploma in Variable Compensation.
