Job Title: Industrial Operations Director /The Industrial Operations Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations. /This role involves leading a team of professionals in the efficient management of manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Quality Assurance teams to ensure operational practices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. /Additionally, the Industrial Operations Director will implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance. They must also foster teamwork, clear communication, and accountability across all departments to develop a results-driven culture. /Furthermore, this role requires managing resources strategically to meet financial objectives and operational efficiency goals. The Industrial Operations Director must maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment through adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. /To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing are preferred. /Candidates should also have at least 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including supervisory or plant management roles. A proven track record in process improvement initiatives and resource optimization is essential. /Experience managing cross-functional teams, including production and supply chain, is highly desirable.
