Green Impact Specialist We are a leading producer of chemical intermediates and surfactants, committed to sustainability. Our goal is to transform our operations and products into something more environmentally friendly. About the Role As a Green Impact Specialist, you will participate in monitoring and executing activities within the sustainability area, focusing on corporate governance, communication, community social engagement, and responsible sourcing. You will contribute to achieving the global sustainability strategy. Main Responsibilities: Annual Sustainability Report : Prepare and publish the company's Annual Sustainability Report with contributions from various departments and approval from senior management. Map and respond to indices and questionnaires requested by clients and shareholders, such as GRI, SASB, DJSI, Ecovadis, CDP (Forests), TCFD, TNFD. Submit reports and data to sustainability rating agencies like MSCI and Sustainalytics. Sustainability Materials : Prepare materials for internal use and dissemination regarding sustainability goals and progress on the strategy. Execute an annual communication plan with the Sustainability team and develop/publish effective communications according to the planned calendar. Organize sustainability engagement activities like live sessions, events, games, meetings, etc. Monitor and publish progress on the company's sustainability strategy goals and prepare materials for the Sustainability Steering Committee meetings. Create materials and content for meetings of the Tactical and Operational Community Group on Sustainability. Promote and expand the Community Social Engagement Program across Indorama's operational units. Implement traceability practices, monitor complaints, and support audits of renewable raw materials supplied to the company. Participate in responsible supply forums to ensure standardized practices across the chemical industry in supplier evaluation and ethical trade audits. Support the Corporate Social Responsibility department as a whole. Foster a sustainability culture within the company. Map and share market trends in employee well-being and development practices to support the HR department.
