Data-Driven Results: Maintain ATS systems with precision and work to exceed KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Required Skills and Qualifications Language Pro: Advanced conversational English (you'll need it every day). Seasoned Recruiter: At least 6 months of experience recruiting in the U.S. market, specializing in high-volume hiring and mass recruitment. At least 1 year in sourcing/recruitment Organized & Strategic: Proven ability to craft and execute effective recruitment plans while managing multiple priorities.
