Talent Acquisition Role Talent Matchmaking: Source, screen, and schedule top-quality candidates for high-volume and specialized roles. Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and goals. Candidate Champion: Serve as a single point of contact, guiding candidates through screening, assessments, and onboarding. Pipeline Mastery: Reactivate, engage, and redeploy talent through creative outreach strategies (text campaigns, direct outreach, etc.). Data-Driven Results: Maintain ATS systems with precision and work to exceed KPIs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Required Skills and Qualifications Language Pro: Advanced conversational English (you'll need it every day). Seasoned Recruiter: At least 6 months of experience recruiting in the U.S. market, specializing in high-volume hiring and mass recruitment. At least 1 year in sourcing/recruitment Organized & Strategic: Proven ability to craft and execute effective recruitment plans while managing multiple priorities.
