We are seeking a compensation specialist to plan, develop, and oversee compensation and benefits processes for personnel in Mexico and Latin America. Coordinate and oversee merit increase processes in Mexico and South America using established tools and policies. Calculate annual performance bonuses for Mexico and South America to ensure fair variable compensation based on employee performance. Plan, design, and provide headcount, salary, and benefits budgets for personnel in Mexico based on metrics established by the finance department. Design and propose salary bands for Mexico and South America through analysis and interpretation of salary survey results. Participate in salary surveys in Mexico and South America by providing reliable information on salaries, structures, and benefits. Provide reliable human resources indicators through analysis and interpretation to support decision-making by leaders in Mexico and South America. Bachelor's degree in administration or human resources or related field. Advanced English verbal and written communication skills. 4+ years of experience performing compensation and benefits roles. Proficiency in job evaluation using Korn Ferry - Mercer methodology. Familiarity with some HRIS preferably Workday. Logical mindset. Master's degree in compensations or HR.
