Chief Financial Strategist

As a seasoned finance professional, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead the financial strategy and control of our company. Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly and annual closings, financial statement preparation, and cost control Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and performance analysis Oversee commission calculations, corporate card reconciliations, and financial reporting to HQ Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISR, IVA, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor law requirements Coordinate SAT filings, audits, and respond to tax authority inquiries Internal Controls and Risk Management: Design and maintain internal control policies and compliance protocols Conduct internal audits, vendor evaluations, and expense review (e.g., Concur reports) Experience in administering payroll, benefits administration, and vendor contract renewals is also essential. Additionally, evaluating team performance, driving development plans, and leading operational meetings are key responsibilities for this position. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) MBA or Master's in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred or in progress) Additiona certifications in Taxation or Legal Compliance (a strong plus) Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance, administration, and compliance roles Solid background in SAT filings, audits, and coordination with regulatory bodies Proven track record in financial planning, payroll, accounts management, and HR policy oversight Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, QAD, Contpaq, and Excel Strong command of NIF, IFRS, and/or US GAAP B2+/C1 level English: capable of professional communication with international stakeholders
