Role Summary We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead our plant operations, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate objectives and customer expectations. Leverage Your Expertise Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, supply chain, and engineering. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure operational practices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Develop a results-driven culture through teamwork, clear communication, and accountability. Strategically manage personnel to meet financial objectives and operational efficiency goals. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean Manufacturing are preferred. Professional Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including supervisory or plant management roles. Proven track record in process improvement initiatives and resource optimization. Key Qualifications Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
