The Role We're looking for a Plant Manager based in Ciudad Obregón to oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, supply chain, and engineering, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations. Currently, our offices are located in the heart of Ciudad Obregón, Madrid, Minessota and in Torrance, California. We now serve more than 400 partners in more than 69 countries around the world. Responsibilities: · Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, supply chain, and engineering, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer expectations. · Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure operational practices meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. · Drive operational excellence by implementing continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance. · Develop and maintain a results-driven culture by fostering teamwork, clear communication, and accountability across all departments. · Strategically manage people to meet financial objectives and operational efficiency goals. · Ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment through adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. Education: · Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field required. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Manufacturing) are preferred. Experience: · 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including supervisory or plant management roles. Proven track record in process improvement initiatives and resource optimization. Experience managing cross-functional teams, including production and supply chain Strong leadership and team-building abilities. · Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
