Virtual Legal Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Legal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation practice, you will work closely with U.S.-based attorneys while coordinating with our administrative support teams across Latin America. Job Description This is a fully remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. We prefer candidates based in Mexico City for occasional team meetups and potential hybrid opportunities. You will be responsible for drafting and filing legal documents, managing attorney calendars, organizing trial documents, translating legal documents, and communicating with clients, healthcare providers, and court staff. Your primary goal will be to ensure that cases are managed efficiently and effectively, while providing excellent service to our clients. You must have experience working with case management software, such as Filevine or Clio, and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Required Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in U.S. Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation law. Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills – able to manage multiple files and deadlines independently. Fluent in English and Spanish, capable of communicating confidently with clients, attorneys, courts, and providers in both languages. Familiarity with U.S. litigation procedures, deadlines, court filings, and document formatting. Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset.
