Clinical Application Support Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of clinical applications within the EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.Responsibilities:Provide top-tier customer service to end users and stakeholders of the EMR system. Design, build, and test application functions while minimizing errors. Meet or exceed service-level agreements (SLAs) to avoid contractual penalties. Ensure all ticket documentation adheres to company standards. Offer training and guidance to end users on how to navigate and utilize Epic software effectively. Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined solutions. Maintain and update the Epic system to ensure its continued efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to integrate Epic with other systems seamlessly. Assist in data analysis and reporting to aid clinical and administrative decision-making. Requirements: 2-5 years of clinical experience. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) with experience in communicating fluently in English. Strong technical aptitude and skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Ability to adhere to established processes and resolutions. Preferred Skills: Prior experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
