Start your future with BorgWarner now!As an SAP MFG/QM Senior Functional consultant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our end-to-end SAP Demand to Supply along with Quality Management . Your expertise will drive strategic design decisions, configuration, testing, and deployment of the core SAP MFG/QM solution which include but not limited to Master data management, Demand Management, MRP, Production Execution, Form & Label Printing etc. You’ll collaborate with project teams, Business stakeholders, and business Key users. Work towards harmonization of solutions across the different instancesKey AccountabilitiesDesign and optimize end-to-end SAP MFG/QM processes . Conduct workshops with business key users/ stakeholders to drive strategic and foundational design decisions, providing clear recommendations and best practices. Configure, design, build, test, and deploy the solution, ensuring seamless functionality. Develop strong partnering relationships with cross functional team members and business users. Prepare user training documentation. What We’re Looking ForMinimum of 10 - 12 years of experience in the SAP Production Planning and Quality Management area. 8 years of Hands-on experience with at least three end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementations, including design and configuration. Strong functional and configuration knowledge in SAP PP/QM module, with a focus on Discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes, including documentary and batch management, along with RF usage. Cross functional knowledge of integration with PP/MM/QM/WM/SD Excellent communication and leadership skills. Interpersonal Savy.
