Recruitment ManagerAbout the JobImpact Advisors is a healthcare management consulting firm with a long history of award-winning and innovative healthcare leadership, technology expertise, and sustained success—all achieved through a culture that attracts and engages the industry's most talented, passionate professionals of the highest integrity.The preferred candidate must be bilingual (English).This is an onsite role in CDMXResponsibilities Include· Lead and manage the recruitment team.· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.· Manage the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.· Partner with department heads and leadership to understand staffing needs and priorities.· Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.· Use data and tools, including Excel, to track and analyze recruitment performance.· Maintain a highly organized recruitment pipeline and ensure timely communication with candidates.· Coach and mentor recruiters to improve performance and achieve team goals.· Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.Requirements· College Degree in Finance, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.· 5+ years of experience working in Recruiting.· 2+ years of management experience.· Highly organized and detail-oriented.· Proficient in Excel.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Position Details· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (CDMX Time)· Location: Onsite· Compensation: $26,000 – $31,000 MXN brutos + 4,000 vouchers (depends on experience)· Job Type: Full-timeAt Impact Advisors Mexico, we cultivate a caring, fun, honest, and autonomous work environment.
