Strategic Recruitment Leader

Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team. Create effective strategies to attract top talent and drive business results.About the Job The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English) and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Include: Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet staffing needs. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with department heads and leadership to understand priorities. Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports. Analyze data and tools, such as Excel, to optimize performance. Cultivate a highly organized recruitment pipeline and ensure timely communication. Coach and mentor recruiters to achieve team goals. Requirements: College degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in Recruiting. Effective management skills. Excellent organization and communication skills. Proficient in Excel and ability to learn new tools. Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm CDMX Time. Location: Onsite. Job Type: Full-time.
