Hiring Manager - Recruitment Expert

We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Mexico City. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling top talent for high-volume and specialized roles across the U.S. market. Talent Matchmaking: Identify, engage, and present high-quality candidates that meet the requirements of our hiring managers. Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring goals. Candidate Champion: Provide exceptional candidate experience by supporting them through screening, assessments, and onboarding processes. Pipeline Engagement: Reactivate and maintain active candidate pipelines through targeted outreach and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have: Advanced conversational English skills A minimum of 6 months recruiting experience for the U.S. market (high-volume roles preferred) At least 1 year of overall experience in sourcing and recruitment Strong planning and organizational skills Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on quality hires and candidate satisfaction Why work with us?
