Job Title: Clinical Application Support Specialist Description This position involves ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of clinical applications within the EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service to end users and stakeholders of the EMR system. Additionally, they will design, build, and test application functions while minimizing errors. To achieve these objectives, the ideal candidate will possess a strong technical aptitude and skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as proven problem-solving and analytical skills. In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively within a team to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined solutions. You will also maintain and update the Epic system to ensure its continued efficiency and reliability. Furthermore, you will collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to integrate Epic with other systems seamlessly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of clinical workflows and electronic health records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Bachelor's degree required. Benefits: Comprehensive paid training period.
