Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Plastic Salesman. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in the chemical industry, specializing in innovative products and solutions. As a Plastic Salesman, you will be responsible for managing and developing sales of our company's engineering plastics in Mexico and adjacent countries. You will ensure customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and business growth through key account management, market development, and effective internal coordination. Responsibilities include interacting with existing customers, maintaining relationships, developing new customers, evaluating distributor performance, and working with the global sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include establishing sales objectives and forecasts, developing annual sales plans, implementing sales strategies, and fulfilling reporting obligations assigned by the management team. Market monitoring and analysis will also be a key part of your role, including monitoring market dynamics, customer attitude, and sentiment related to the business. You will support decision-making through proposals and recommendations. Bachelor's degree or above in polymer/material science. Fluent in writing and oral Spanish and English. Strong international mindset and multi-cultural ability. Excellent internal and external coordination capabilities. 5+ years of sales experience in the plastic industry, with excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship-building abilities. Ability to handle multiple product lines and projects. Capable of dealing directly with customers and distributors. Knowledgeable about market layouts and self-motivated to develop and meet sales goals. Ability to collect, analyze, and convert market dynamic information into directive sales strategies. Desirable Skills: Preferably Chinese language proficiency at negotiation level.
