Job Title: Top Plastic Sales Executive Job Description The role of a Top Plastic Sales Executive is to lead and develop sales strategies for company's engineering plastics in Mexico and adjacent countries. The position involves ensuring customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and business growth through key account management, market development, and effective internal coordination. Key Responsibilities: Interact with all existing customers in the region, maintain relationship. Develop new customers and evaluate the performance of all distributors. Act as key account manager, work with the global sales team to ensure customer satisfaction with the company (on-time delivery, responsive, inventory management). Planning, Implementing, and Reporting: Establish sales objectives and forecast and developing annual sales plans. Develop appropriate marketing/pricing strategies and get approval from the management team. Implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales plans. Fulfill reporting obligations assigned by the management team. Market Monitoring: Monitor market dynamics (supply vs. demand, competitor strategy/price, etc.) and customer attitude/sentiment related to business. Support decision-making in strategic marketing and business management through proposals. Internal Coordination: Work with logistic/supply chain teams to manage/monitor local stock, assure sufficient inventory to fulfill customer demand. Work with compliance/regulatory teams to assure all product sales activities comply with all applicable regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's or above degree in polymer/material science. Fluent in writing and oral Spanish and English. Strong international mindset and multi-cultural ability, excellent internal and external coordination capability. 5+ years of sales experience in the plastic industry, excellent negotiation skills, customer relationship build-up, and maintenance. Ability to manage multiple product lines and projects. Capable of handling direct customers and distributors, expertise in dealing with E&E and Auto relevant customers (other applications like construction, houseware, etc.). Knowledgeable of market layout, self-motivated to develop and meet sales goals. Ability to collect, analyze, and convert market dynamic information into directive sales strategies. Desirable Skills: Preferably have Chinese on negotiation level.
