Indovinya is committed to innovation and sustainability, with multiple facilities in Mexico, including Coatzacoalcos and Querétaro.About the RoleResponsible for ensuring that Indovinya’s products meet regulatory compliance standards for global markets (e.g., NA, SA, EMEA, APAC) in accordance with chemical registration and usage regulations. Offer support for all product compliance activities worldwide and maintain ongoing compliance by providing guidance on chemical regulations.Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree is required on Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering. - Course(s) or experience in global regulations and governance. - Knowledge of chemistry and manufacturing processes. - Proficient English. - Project Management. - Detail oriented. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to maintain proper records. - Experience working in SAP EHS modules and SVT.Responsibilities- Conduct regulatory evaluations of products to ensure compliance with where they are being produced, sold and used. - Stay up to date with global regulations and emerging trends - Possess knowledge of current global regulatory legislations, with the ability to relate it to all regulatory activities. - Keep all the records in our repository to ensure traceability of the data - Driven by continuous improvement, consistently challenge existing processes and propose coherent changes that enhance agility and simplification. - Perform tasks efficiently, swiftly, and productively, delivering more in less time.What We Offer:- A dynamic, global environment where you’ll have the opportunity to shape organizational strategy - Career growth and development opportunities - Competitive salary and benefits
