Job Overview The Senior Business Development Manager will lead all efforts in the LATAM region, focusing on developing strategies and engaging with potential clients such as trading firms, financial institutions, and partners to expand OKX's presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities Support global institutional teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments. Identify and pursue institutional sales opportunities, building a robust pipeline. Develop client profiles and replicate successful strategies. Explore new revenue streams with existing and new clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and sovereign funds. Close high-value deals involving OTC, derivatives, custody, and other services. Ensure client compliance with risk and regulatory standards. Gather client feedback and communicate gaps to product and management teams. Qualifications High tenacity, resilience, and positive attitude towards change. Proven ability to build pipelines, develop opportunities, and close deals. Understanding of the regional market and high-value sales strategies. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
